First of all, I am not trying to be offensive, but the staff did some bad job of wording and writing in the journal. They called the people who didn't like eclipse or criticize eclipse as a "vocal minority" which was both untrue and kind of insulting. The staff are calling us some loud little minority in the way of their plans, Yea... how does THAT make u feel when someone calls u dat? So yea, not only they dont communicate with us users, and don't listen. They also kind of INSULTED us too. Now, onto the journal itself. The staff first listed TWO reasons why they removed the old site. 1. Coding and 2. Design They made a fair point with the fact that the old site's code is a bit outdated and it is hard to manure around nowadays with our new tech. But here is the thing, since a lot of people like some aspects of the old site. Instead of just laying back and keep thinking, how about the staff could have had just added designs and aspects of the old site, AS NEW CODE
